Double Crochet
Name: Double Crochet (UK Treble Crochet)
Abbreviated as: dc (UK tr)

Like its baby brother the Single Crochet, the Double Crochet is a very common stitch.
It's a lovely tall stitch making it perfect for projects such as bankets, scarfs and of coure the infamous Granny Square.
Because of it's height, the Double Crochet works up pretty fast, creating a nice neat fabric that has a lovely drape.

A definite one to know!
