The Making Of A Mushroom- Ta-dah

Hello Lovelies!
I do hope you're all having a smashing weekend?
As you know over the past weeks I've been going mushroom mad!! Working this cute little toadstool tin caddy and preparing a pattern for you guys.

It's been a really fun process working on this tin caddy, upcycling a container and putting it back into full use. Boy does it look cute on my craft room table!

It was also my first time working with Scheepjes Cahlista, what a joy that's been! Not only does the yarn work up really nice, it comes in soooooo many shades that options are endsless.

Here's my toadstool tin caddy in all of its glory! Isn't it just the cutest, nestled in amongst my craft-room and adding a splurge of fairytale magic to the room.

I had a play with adding some flowers to the toadstool and have included the flowers within the written pattern.
Honestly though, I like the toadstool without the flowers. I like its clean simple shapes and colours, the flowers don't float my boat and make it look a little too busy. Maybe I added a few too many lol?!

So the pattern is all written and I'm really proud of it. It's a simple one, but I've worked hard at making it nice and clear. I've added pictures and helping hints, made it available in both English and Dutch and even had a go at designing my own graphic for the front cover.

The English and Dutch patterns will go live on my Pattern Page in the morning and I'll pop a little post up on the blog tomorrow, as Scheepjes and I officially start our Shroom-along! I'm so looking forward to this mini make along and hope you guys are also.

More info about supplies can be found within my last post, plus I'll add a little post tomorrow with a reminder of all of the info as we get this "mini MAL" rolling!
